To thaw dough, immerse pouch in a bowl of hot tap water, seam
side up for 10 minutes. Maintain a constant temperature. When
soft, remove dough from pouch.

Preheat gas grill on hi for 15 min.
Oil parchment paper and pizza roller (tip: use combination of
lecithin oil and olive oil). Divide dough into 4 balls. On oiled
parchment paper, roll each dough ball 10-12 inches in diameter.

Place parchment paper, dough side down, on grill and slowly peel
off parchment paper. Grill the dough, on high, for 3-5 minutes.
When the bottom of the crust is golden brown and has grill
marks, flip it. Immediately top with 1 ¼ cup large-grated
mozzarella cheese, 1-2 Tbsp. sauce and your favorite toppings.
Add sauce and toppings judiciously to ensure a crispy pizza and
a nice balance between baked crust and embellishments. Grill for
3 minutes until cheese is melted and toppings are warm.

Slice and serve.
