RAW made its debut at the Cherry Creek Farmers Market in 2003 with its flagship product RAW Dough For All Purposes.  Within 6 months it was being sold in 20 Whole Foods Markets in Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and Kansas.

The company currently has five products...RAW Whole Wheat All  Purpose Dough, RAW Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, RAW Spelt Pizza Dough, RAW Gluten Free Pizza Dough, and RAW White Pizza Dough.
