George Foreman Grilled Pizza
* Thaw RAW dough according to package directions (in hot tap water)
* Preheat George Foreman "Next Grilleration" grill to 425 degrees
* Take on vacuum package (14 oz) of thawed dough and divide into 3 or 4
balls (depending on desired thickness)
* Take one ball, add a drop of live oil, and rollit super thin...13" x 7"
* Place on the George Foreman grill and close lid for 4 minutes or until a bit
crispy and browned on top (each grill may vary)
* Open grill and flip crust
* Top with cheese
* Drizzle 1 Tbsp. favorite sauce on top of cheese
* Add favorite toppings and hebs
* Leave grill open and cook until cheese is melted
* Remove pizza from grill
* Top pizza with fresh basil, if desired
* Slice and serve
TIP:
For a pizza party, roll out dough on a piece of parchment paper. Repeat and stack (with parchment paper in between each). Take entire stack of rolled out dough and roll up and place in a gallon size zip-lock bag to preserve moisture and freshness. Regrigerate (for up to 8 hours). Remove dough from refrigerator when party begins (it can be left out for the duration of the party). Re-roll the dough, just a touch up, for extra crispy pizza! Follow grilling directions above.
