Thaw, create, bake and eat in 30 minutes!
Just like the local swimming pool, there are some
dos and
don’ts when handling RAW dough. Follow them all,
and remember, no running in the kitchen.
Do
-
Keep the product frozen until ready to use.
-
Consider buying an insulated bag to keep RAW frozen
all the way from the grocery to your freezer.
-
Use RAW before the expiration date on the package
for best results.
-
Immerse bag in a bowl of hot water, seam side
up, to prevent accidental leakage.
-
Use dough immediately after thawing.
-
Knead the dough for 10 seconds to bring the dough
to life before creating.
-
Experiment and play with the dough.
-
Use non-stick baking pans for best results.
-
Use parchment paper for cinnamon rolls (helps
with the clean up).
-
Pat dry any moist or wet ingredients before placing
ingredient in the dough, i.e. water-
packed artichokes.
-
Use a pre-heated pizza stone for crisp pizza crust.
-
Set your timer for the appropriate time to cook
in order to avoid under cooking or
over cooking your creation!
-
Let the dough rise while it bakes – keep this
in mind as you create…it will grow.
-
Allow your creation to cool for 1 minute before
slicing and serving!
-
Write to us with a brilliant new recipe.
-
Get your kids involved!
Don't
-
Forget to have fun!
-
Use flour (it will make the dough into a brick!)
